 - mm10.proCoq1.rbest.net.gz: mm10-referenced recip.best net to proCoq1.
 - mm10.proCoq1.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from mm10 to proCoq1 through the recip.best net.

 - proCoq1.mm10.rbest.net.gz: proCoq1-referenced recip.best net.
 - proCoq1.mm10.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.

   AXT format
